Evolae’s mission is to use our unique and advanced knowledge about the human mind and brain, about the natural processes underlying behaviour and performance, and about bionomics,
To enhance the development of individuals, teams and organizations,
and to assist them in reaching their full potential.
Examples of our services are:
- Designing customized management and development programs: in which we use our intricate knowledge of the human brain to make these highly effective
- Strategic consultancy: offering you a detailed analysis of the underlying patterns in a given situation, leading to the best and most effective solution
- Training and education: from advanced communication skills to specialized knowledge, all our training programs allow one to attain a high level of skill in a short period of time. Visit our Evolae Institute division for more information
- Coaching and Mentoring: we help you to achieve your goals by gaining precisely those skills you need to succeed, and by letting your natural abilities work for you. You can find more information in our Evolae Life division
- Publications: an important part of our mission is to share valuable discoveries and information. You can find articles published on our blog, videos and information about our upcoming books at Evolae Publications
- Research: as knowledge is our most important asset, we continuously work on increasing our expertise. For this, we sponsor scientific research and carry out our own research projects. You will find information about these projects at our Evolae Bioscience Division

Which is more powerful, AI or the human brain?
Since the emergence of AI, representatives of tech-companies have claimed it to be far better, smarter and faster than any human can ever be. Therefore, they predict that every field of expertise, including lawyers and judges, doctors, of medicine, artists, authors and filmmakers, and coaches and therapists, will be replaced by AI.
Which lawyer wins a case, who gets the best deal in negotiations, and even which politician wins the election, would then just come down to the question of who has the best AI.
But is this really true?
Our preliminary tests, performed in co-operation with different companies, show that the human brain is very capable of defeating AI – with the right training.
In several of our projects, we will let the human mind compete against AI, to find out which skills are needed to gain the upper hand over people letting themselves assist by AI – without becoming dependent on it ourselves.
Inner diversity
When people want to get to know themselves, or when companies want to make an optimal match between someone’s characteristics and job requirements, personality tests are often used. One example of these is the Disc-test, which is still being used by many organizations today.
Few people realize, however, that tests like these are almost a century old. (The Disc-test was developed in 1928.) And still based on many theories and conceptions, that have long since been disproven.
In recent years, a lot of new information about the human brain has become available. Brain scans, including the hundreds we made ourselves during our research projects, show how different we are on the inside. And that even small variations in our mental composition, can lead to completely different personalities – or talents.
In our Inner Diversity Project, we co-operate with several organizations to translate these new neurological discoveries into practical use. One of our goals is to create a far more complete map of human mental traits, and what these mean for people’s lives, experiences and careers. Another goal is to design a whole new kind of personality test. One that is both more advanced and more practical, for use by for example job coaches, management recruiters and HR departments.
Organic management principles in organizations
Our consultancy projects based upon organic principles are about far more than simply durability; actually, they’re all about using new and advanced strategies in the most effective way.
For a successful organization has a lot in common with an organism; just like any living creature it needs the skill to survive, to grow and to multiply, and to adapt to changing circumstances.
Nature has had 3,5 billion years in which to figure out the best strategies with which to achieve this. And many of these strategies, can be applied to modern day teams, departments, or to whole organizations.
In several of our current projects, we apply organic principles and bionomical techniques to help organizations overcome obstacles and to enhance their success.
